Our ‘Avonmore’ Rennet casein and ‘Avonmore’ Attrition Acid Casein are high-protein food ingredients that are ideally suited to applications where functionality and flavour are critical. We’ve been a leading casein provider meeting customers’ needs for more than 40 years – always providing them with valuable functional solutions for their technical requirements. Our rennet caseins offer a mesh profile ranging from 30# to 90# while our acid casein is attrition dried.

Produced from fresh pasteurised skimmed milk, through our years of expertise we’ve developed a highly automated, efficient process at our BRC-accredited plant in Ballyragget. The end result is a casein of the highest quality that’s designed to offer optimum functionality.
