Glanbia Ireland – Ingredients, is first to achieve latest safety standard
The 3 Day audit took place the week of the 16th of April 2018 with the official certificate arriving in Ballyragget last week.This makes Glanbia Ballyragget the first in the Glanbia business to achieve the brand new ISO 45001:2018 within the broader company.
The migration to the brand new ISO 45001:2018 which was published in March 2018, demonstrates our strong commitment to Health & Safety Management Systems and re-affirms our position with our customers.The award of the ISO 45001:2018 represents the achievement in Ballyragget of a very important strategic objective for Glanbia as outlined in our Sustainability Strategy, meeting our 2020 target to achieve this standard.
This has not only allowed us to demonstrate the value we can offer, but the commitment from our leaders to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all our employees and stakeholders.
