Our quality ingredients range from consumer brands to powders for the infant nutrition and health sectors.

You can trace the exceptional quality of our products and ingredients back to our fully owned milk pool of 4,800 farms. With our independently audited, grass-fed herds free to graze on Ireland’s rich pasturelands for up to 300 days a year, our customers know that the milk that enters our processing plants is sustainably produced and meets the highest standards. We then use the perfect blend of experience, innovation and top-class processing environments to deliver the very best dairy and nutrition solutions.


Manufactured from fresh pasteurised milk, our high-quality Acid and Rennet casein is used in applications that include processed and functional cheese, meat products, infant nutrition, clinical nutrition, re-combined products, and in the fitness, sports and beverages sectors.

Butter and butterfats

Our history in butter production and butter ingredients dates back more than 40 years. We offer a vast range of high-quality butter solutions for the production of cheese, ice cream, soups, sauces, ready meals, confectionery, and the bakery, retail and food service sectors from our all new 80,000 tonne purpose built butter facility.


Our lactose has excellent flavour and solubility and is suitable for use in a range of applications including infant formula, bakery, confectionery, jams, meat products, soups and sauces.

Enriched milk powder (EMP)

More commonly referred to as Fat Filled Milk Powder, EMP is a milk powder made using choice vegetable oil. As Europe’s largest EMP manufacturer, we provide leading solutions in food and drink applications including yoghurt, processed and functional cheese, ice cream, bakery, confectionery and the sports and beverage market.

Skim milk powder (SMP)

Our SMPs offer exceptional versatility and are used across a vast range of nutritional and dietary applications across the globe – serving Europe to Asia, the Middle East and Africa in sectors ranging from infant nutrition, to meat products, confectionery, and clinical nutrition.

Buttermilk powder (BMP)

Our natural BMP solutions are noted for their flavour, creaminess and mouthfeel. As well as ice creams, they’re used in confectionery, yellow fat spreads, desserts, soups and sauces, processed cheese, yoghurt, snack foods, and as an ingredient in bakery.


Our award-winning work in the natural and processed cheese markets is based on more than 40 years’ experience. Our innovative work in these areas includes producing cheese products for customers to take to market, as well as ingredients and curds for use in manufacturing. This covers a wide range of applications, particularly in the retail and food service industries.
